Therefore some solutions are supposed to be implemented to solve these problems. This paper will analyze the options of the enactment of an operating and database system and some of the concerns of the data management system. The paper will also discuss some of the control activities that will be important for operating and database systems. Lastly, the paper will give some recommendations for the correct systems for different categories of businesses.

When a person wants to implement the operating and database system, any company needs to consider different aspects so that data will be secure (Coronel, 2016). A company should also implement an operating system that enables it to generate more revenue and minimize expenses. These considerations are:
1 The security of the operating and the database system. Any company needs to ensure the data of its customers is well protected. In this case, a company is supposed to come up with rules and regulations that ensure there is the confidentiality of data in the organization. 3 The cost of the system- These systems are supposed to be cheap and not expensive. When purchasing these systems the company should be very keen on the prices because they range.
