TASK 1: Under Assignment you can find 'VIDEO QUIZ' called Answer the Quiz: Group Stages' watch the video and react to the video(above 100 words) only to watch the video please don't finish the quiz. and return it in a separate document NO CITATION NEEDED JUST YOUR OWN WORDS(I have attach a screenshot of what the video should look like please don't react to a different video)
Example reactions(by my classmate): For this week's video, it demonstrates five different stages of group development: forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning. In the forming stage, volunteers get to know each other and rules of their volunteer work in the group. In the storming stage, some group members have disagreement and discussion. For example, the female volunteer is working to clean the park, while the male volunteer is playing his phone and taking selfies. It leads to conflicts. In the norming stage, they could calm down and have patience to communicate with each other. Therefore, the rules are established, the conflicts are resolved. In the performing stage, all group members are concentrated on their work competence, thus their attitudes and responsibilities are varied compared to the previous stages. The leader encourages and comprises the group members by saying "nice job" and clapping hands. They have the highest energy and cohesion at this stage. In the adjourning stage, the goal is achieved and the group disbands.

[date] I - Video Reaction
This week's assigned video discusses the development of groups. The video has given a comprehensive presentation because it provides an example in a real setting. The discussion and the example have been constructive in understanding the topic for the week. The video has shown us the real application of the stages and how we can spot them in our group engagements. The forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning were discussed well in the short video. Although it was a quick review of the stages, it was concise enough to deliver the central concept of the stages. Also, the example has helped me imagine the stages in an actual setting.
II - Prompt
Critical Thinking Prompt: Your Small Groups
I belong to several groups in society like my family, friends, organizations, and community. Personally, my family and friends contribute to my development as an individual. They provide first-hand learning and experiences in my life. Academically, the educational organizations I belong to have helped shape my social interaction. Lastly, my professors will be of help in developing my professional skills because they have better knowledge in the field.
Critical Thinking Prompt: Which Role Do You Fill?
In groups, I would usually fill the role of task communication that deals with scheduling. I have become more attentive to details because of my experiences in the role. In relational communications, I prefer to be the listener of the other person. My past group engagements have trained me to focus on what other people say. I have also familiarized myself with different tasks because of instances when there are no other people to fill the role.
Critical Thinking Prompt: Leadership
I would say I am not the leadership type of a group member. However, I show leadership behaviors when I am with my family. Although we have adults we can rely on, they entrust to me other tasks that are of my knowledge and familiarity. I would usually ...
