-Include the kcalories, grams of total fat, grams of saturated fat, and sodium for your healthier meal or recipe per one serving based upon recommended dietary modifications/ guidelines regarding fat levels as discussed in the Lipid chapter, in our Lipid assignment, plus the 2019 DRI Sodium guidelines for 14 years old and above of 1500 milligrams per day. What is your favorite meal or recipe?

My favorite meal is rice and beef. For Beef rib, with bone, with fat (standing rib) [fat eaten] per 100 grams the nutrients are 300 calories, 21 g grams of total fat, 9.2 g grams of saturated fat 70 mg sodium (eatracker.ca). For grains, rice, white w/ pasta & seasonings, cooked nutrition per 1 cup(s) the nutrients are calories 246, the total fat 5.7 g, saturated fat 1.1 g and sodium 1147 mg (eatracker.ca)

Changing the meal mostly focuses on reducing the sodium content and fat since for one meal it is high given that one consumes other foods, and I also added cooked spinach.
