-Include the kcalories, grams of total fat, grams of saturated fat, and sodium for your healthier           meal or recipe per one serving based upon recommended dietary modifications/ guidelines regarding fat levels as discussed in the Lipid chapter, in our Lipid assignment, plus the 2019 DRI Sodium guidelines for 14 years old and above of 1500 milligrams per day. -List the changes that you made and include the difference of  kcalories, grams of total fat, grams of saturated fat, and sodium for your healthier meal or recipe per one serving compared with your original meal or recipe. (2 points)

Changing the meal mostly focuses on reducing the sodium content and fat since for one meal it is high given that one consumes other foods, and I also added cooked spinach.
