The same can be coupled with innovation which helps in improving an existing process to make it more effective and efficient. Currently, there is a great use of technology in conducting business to gain a competitive edge. Hence, creativity and innovation is an important value as it will help me in coming up with better ideas that will attract more customers to the business. Generally, I will be starting the business as a new entrant. However, the market is already dominated with well-established firms which will pose a challenge in achieving my targets with a short-term. Adaptability Adaptability is the ability to adjust to new environments. Ostensibly, I will be experiencing the real business condition for the first time.
