❖     Meijia- Consumer Segments

For whom are we creating value for?

Who are our most important customers?

Our most important customers is Millennials, also known as Generation Y, because, generally, they are comfortable in their usage of digital technologies and social media. They have super purchasing power, and most of them have fixed wages. They are more receptive to new things. I mean, our robot employees and our restaurant style. Guess what Millennials love to eat out, I believe they also have a higher pursuit of food, and we could meet their needs. Besides, our consumer could be everyone, as people rely on food. People who like or willing to try international food will be our main consumers as well.

❖     Mohammed- Channels

Through which Channels do our Customer Segments want to be reached and how are we reaching them now? We can reach our customers via email, web sales, or other apps, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Radio, and Wechat. It is easy to reach the customers, as long as we keep in touch with them.

How are our Channels integrated? We make an effort to email and to market for the products that we are creating, as the new customers can be exposed to them.

Which ones work best? Marketing through social media is one of the most versatile strategies. Social media is the new trend for marketing, so utilizing those channels can profit the company. “ According to Statista, 70% of the U.S. population has at least one social media profile, 59% of people access social media every day. This allows small businesses  to reach their target audience and boost sales over time. ”(lyfe marketing).

❖     Bella- Channels & Customer Relationships

Which ones are most cost-efficient?

Social media is our most cost-efficient channel. According to Lyfe Marketing, social media can be as low as $2.50. This is 3x less expensive than advertising through traditional media, as shown in this chart.

How are we integrating them with customer routines? In order to interact with the customers, we will use direct sales and direct mailing techniques. For example,  we will attend various New York City Food festivals, and we will have an email subscription that will include weekly news letters filled future events, restaurant photos, and recipes.

What type of relationship does each of our Customer Segments expect us to establish and maintain with them?

Global Bots is highly focused on building a  community with our customers. For example we have different multicultural nights where we celebrate different nationalities. As well as we will be responsible for providing happy memories to our customers such as a Robot Theme Birthday party. Word-of-mouth is still the most effective way to raise awareness and grow a business. In fact, according to an article from Forbes, people are 84% more likely to trust a referral or recommendation if it comes from a friend, meaning the importance of community is at an all-time high.

❖     Senlin- Customer Relationships

Which customer relationships are established and how do they integrate with the rest of our business model?

How costly are they?

We are trying to establish a dedicated personal assistance for our customers, which represents the deepest and most intimate type of relationship. In order to do this, we need to build a database of our customers which includes like name, email, phone, address, birthday, anniversary, company, title, allergies, dietary restrictions and more. So we can put a candle in a dessert order if we know a guest's birthday is coming up, or just show them specific menu based on their allergies and dietary restrictions. Also we need to track guest visit and order history. So we can place them at their favorite table and suggest food that they might like. This is not hard for us to do since we are a high tech restaurant and all our waiters are robots, they can remember all the datas. We will also have a face recognition system, once our customers walk in, they will get the best service.

The elements of small business environment

As an entrepreneur how do you go about understating it, much less using it to help focus and operate your business? The key is to have a model of the environment in mind, which can help you focus on a part of the world at a time.

The Internal environment of a firm consists of those people inside the boundary—- the owner, any employees, and other owners or board members of the firm. As every company matures, it adds to its organizational cultural as set of shared beliefs or basic assumption that demonstrate how things get done.

The External environment consists of everything outside the firm’s boundary. When business people talk about the environment and they are not talking about air, land, or water, this is the environment they are discussing. The General environment, The task environment.
