writer do not need to write full page for each page

Once you have completed all three of your interviews and the assignment on coding, you will complete an interview analysis.
For your analysis, you will work through your interviews to identify qualitative codes. Codes can be important words, phrases, themes, ideas, etc. that occur throughout your interviews.
If you're working in Word or Google Docs, I recommend using the highlight feature to categorize your codes. You can also print hard copies and use actual highlighters. See the attached video for more detailed instructions.
Once you have gone through all of your interviews and identified codes, you will then write all of your codes down. Once you have a complete list, you will organize your codes into categories. For instance, if you have a list with the words "empathy," "listening," "friendly," and "people-person," you might put these in a category called "Emotional Intelligence" or "Soft Skills." Repeat until you have placed all of your highlighted words or phrases into a category. You should end up with between 5 and 10 categories, each containing between 3 and 10 codes.
Finally, for each category, you will write a one-sentence summary of the category. For the example above, this might be, "All of my interviewees mentioned emotional intelligence skills, such as empathy and active listening, which are different from hard skills like writing lesson plans or knowledge of math."
You will submit a document containing all of your highlighted transcripts, your list of codes, and your list of categories.

11:59 PMWhile conducting your interviews, write down your interviewees' answers as accurately and thoroughly as possible (using pen and paper, or copy and paste for email responses). Note: You may even wish to record your conversation (if by phone or in person) and listen to it later to ensure that you're getting every bit of the conversation (if you do, ask permission first and explain it's because you don't want to miss any of their words of wisdom).
Then, summarize what this experience meant for you, what the take-away lessons for you, personally, have been, and how you plan to utilize this information over the course of your time here at UB or in your pending job search.

Interview Transcripts – Facing Business Risks for Young Businessmen
I. Youzhe Bao
Interviewer: Good Afternoon Mr. Bao.
Mr. Bao: Good afternoon to you also.
Interviewer: How’s your day in your business?
Mr. Bao: Well… (chuckles) It’s always been the same. It’s always been exciting and challenging at the same time.
Interviewer: I see. By the way, I would just like to ask a few questions about your business and how you handle it, is it okay?
Mr. Bao: Absolutely.
Interviewer: My first question is what is your line of business.
Mr. Bao: (Pause) I’m actually in the e-commerce business. Particularly, I sell branded shoes for lower prices to students who can’t afford to buy it from big e-commerce platforms or retail stores.
Interviewer: That’s interesting. Uhm, there any inherent risks associated with what you’re doing?
Mr. Bao: Actually, there are a lot of risks and a single wrong move could turn profits into losses. Recently, I purchased too many shoes for three models. Turns out, that a retail store had it on sale for 50% off. Although there are still some who buy it, I think that around twelve items have been on my inventory for around 2 months until now.
Interviewer: I think I might look into those shoes a little bit later, might get a wonderful discount directly from the owner (both laughed). Kidding aside sir, what do you think have you learned from your experiences with regards to risk mitigation.
Mr. Bao: One thing that I learned is that understanding the risks of a business decision requires more than an understanding of the internal factors of the business, but also the external environment that could affect your workflow. To be exact, I think it would be best to understand how your competitors – especially the big ones – do their business so that you can have a glimpse of both possible profits and losses.
II. Luhui Xu
Interviewer: Good morning Mr. Xu.
Mr. Xu: Good morning (nods).
Interviewer: You’ve told me earlier that you are currently an intern for one of the big companies in Silicon Valley in California, right?
Mr. Xu: Yeah, I’ve been a junior intern for around 2 months now. It’s been a tough ride, but I found it enjoyable.
Interviewer: That’s exciting. May I ask what’s your main function in the firm?
Mr. Xu: Uhm. Actually, the first month of being an intern requires that you familiarize yourself with several processes within the workplace. But my main task is in customer service.
Interviewer: I see… I would like to ask what have you learned from being in customer service about our topic on risk management?
Mr. Xu: (Pause) I think that being in one of these big companies have shown me that customer service is essential, if not the very life itself, of risk management. Because in the first place, customers fuel the company’s capability to function and therefore should be given very high importance.
Interviewer: Have you tried dealing with an angry customer before? And what did ...
