The HR department of an organization is responsible for maximizing the performance of employees by encouraging them in multiple ways. The company I currently work in is one of the best in the city, and I was approached by the HR manager himself the previous year. He was impressed by my LinkedIn profile and called me to the office for an interview; I was lucky to get the job and began working as an accounts officer. The positive human resource experience was when the manager sat with me, explained the nature of the work and negotiated the salary with me in a friendly environment.
