Coursework Instructions:

4.2.2 Assessment guidance
Today’s business environment is more competitive than ever, and the role of strategic Management has become the focal point of efforts to increase competitiveness by improving added value and efficiency. In doing so, some strategic managers have concentrated on strategic management as a function of only the formulation and implementation of organisational long-term strategies, and totally ignore the current environment of what the organization is, who it serves, what it does, and why it does it.

Given that, write a report (no more than 2500 words) that reflects on the application of the concepts of Strategic Management within an organisational setting. The assessment is, therefore, to be based on an organisation you know well and of your own choice. A good report should evidence excellent academic and practical application, a solid evaluation and reasonable analysis. More specifically, you are expected to:
1.For evaluation purposes, you can elect to evaluate the entire organisation or a specific business unit or for that matter at a more granular level e.g. a department or functional level. Remember to anonymise any data or names.
2. Identify KPIs for the selected organisation/specific unit/department and evaluate and benchmark its performance against KPIs.
3.Determine the impacts of organisational culture and diversity on performance
4.Recommend how the performance can be improved and whether they need to change culture and/or diversity.
5.Use harvard referencing for the report and a critical analysis of the report should be a standout per every argumentation
