Although businesses are contributors to the economy, they are not exempted from the rules and regulations. Carparts LTD must comply with the requirements for the automotive business. One of the necessary approval the company must meet is the environmental standards. This checks the company's ability to perform while giving regard to the environment's sustainable development practice. Carpart LTD should also work on an innovative business strategy. Competitive human resource management is a way to improve the industry's production and sales. Competent employees will drive the company to become one of the successful and competitive businesses.
The automotive business is one of the most expensive industries as it deals with cars and its needed parts. It is also very in demand due to the rising trend of automobiles and engines. Carparts LTD competes with much large automotive company and that makes it a challenge for the company to rise above. To maximize the capacity of the company to produce, the cost-cutting strategy can be applied.
