Marx’s Exploitation Theory.
There exist no formal mechanism that determines which employer will hire specific workers (Young 2014, 45).
Society facilitates class distinction between the wealthy people who own the production processes and those who offer services for them.
The injustices of capitalists exploit workers.
In reality, capitalism transfers powers to owners of the means of production, leaving employees with no say.
Capitalists keep looking for ways through which they can extract more benefits from workers.
For example, employees are deprived of material, and they lack control of anything since they are obliged to follow orders from the business owners.
Notably, the Marxist theory does not explain the exploitative nature of racial and sexual oppression.
