Although there is no standard definition of 'normal' and 'abnormal,' the Bible distinguishes the two. In the Bible, 'abnormality' refers to something sinful and apart from God's will and instruction. In the Bible, God is just and forgives the sins or abnormalities of people who turn to and seek Him in truth and Spirit. However, Hebrews Chapter 10, verse 26 states that if people keep on sinning or engaging in 'abnormalities' after they have received knowledge and truth, there is no more sacrifice of sin left; rather, judgment awaits them (Bible Study Tools, 2023). Therefore, Christians are encouraged to rid themselves of abnormal behavior and seek the righteousness of God so that they may receive eternal life.
