Reflection One: The Hierarchy Of Management

Reflection One Your Name Subject and Section Professor’s Name September 4, 2019 The series of activities that we conducted have taught me a lot about the general concepts of management as well as the personal application of these concepts in my future practice. One of the most important things that I learned was the hierarchy of management based on their roles and responsibilities in achieving the goals of the organization. Namely, these four are (1) top managers, (2) middle managers, (3) first line managers, and (4) team leader. Although each of these have very different scopes of authority and functions in the workplace, each of their functions could determine the organization’s success. Accordingly, the first assessment has also given me an idea about how my own skills relate to my career. Personally, I was able to get a score of 56 points which is a high mark. I think that this is true since I have always dedicated myself to my personal and career improvement as much as possible. This also shows that I can be a potential leader and entrepreneur who can help the team set strategic long-term goals. Different people have their different ways of guiding their members in order to achieve their goals.
