The diagram above delineates the existing organizational chart for PetMed Express. The board of directors comprises the chief executive officer, Mathew Hulett; chairman of the board, Gian Fulgoni; independent director, Leslie Campbell; director Sandra Campos; director Peter Cobb; independent director Dian Purcel; and director, Jodi Watson. The chief finance officer (CFO), chief marketing officer (CMO), chief technology and information officer, and vice president of people operations report to the board of directors.
