1.0. Introduction
The Motion for the Summary case was filed by Electronic Frontier Foundation (Jewel) in collaboration with many US citizens on allegations of unlawful surveillance of customer data by the Nation Security Agency (NSA). The details are as under:

2.0. Description of Events
Initially, the judge White gave a briefing and emphasized the criticality and complexity of the case that is behind its indecisive since 2008 (when it was initially filed). The Judge also stressed upon the need for carefully listening to the perspective of each party and then reaching the desired solution. Then, the lawyers from the plaintiff and the defendants were allowed to present their reservations and objections that they did by referring to specific clauses. Meanwhile, the judge kept noting down key points that he could guide his verdict (UN Courts, 2019). At the end of the video, the court was adjourned for 10 minutes with Judge remarking that the jury would reflect on the points noted down.
