In contemporary business activities, there exist consistent changes that may require frequent updates in ethical practices. Organizations that have not achieved the highest indices in ethical practices must instill attempts to improve their practices because they will determine their sustainability. Understanding a business organization’s health in ethics forms grounds for improvement. This paper analyzes the business check-up worksheet outcomes and determines how the gaps would be addressed to improve the company’s ethical policies/procedures. The analysis is vital because it explains the operational elements that can be improved to achieve the best ethical practice outcomes.

The overall score for the company was 77. On the scale, any score between 60 and 90 is ideal. That implies an organization with a healthy ethics system. Most companies do not reach that score.
