Describe how would you connect this week’s readings, facilitated chat, team meetings and/or discussion questions, etc., into real-world application(s)? FORMTEXT I find that having the right perspective and sound reasoning are beneficial in the interactions and interventions that I will be part of as a human resources sergeant in the military, which will then greatly affect the mindset and actions of others.
What part of this week’s learning experience challenged (your paradigm) what you previously know or thought about the subject? Provide an example to support your statement. FORMTEXT The learnings this week challenged my previous views and informed me that there is more to the usual critical thinking strategies that I am aware of. As discussed, some techniques are only a part of what critical thinking is such as metacognition and scientific thinking.
