By understanding these aspects, a caregiver can train oneself and acquire the desirable leadership qualities such as accountability and responsibility. Also, the technique requires that the nurse comprehends how their behavior as a leader impacts on others to help them know the way they are supposed to act.
On the other hand, the transformational approach focuses on having engagements with the followers to enhance one’s leadership skills.
