Introduction
The paper is concerned with collecting data for a particular county in the USA. The paper will conduct this on Bronx County of New York State.
Health Care Access

The center provides a number of services these include; outpatient services, emergency, and specialized care. The center prides itself in not turning anyone who attempts to access its services away.
Local Public Health Services
The health services are both at the city and county level. The state has overarching responsibility to provide these services. It does this, through proxies. It also provides the policy within which health services are provided in the state. The vaccination rate for the Bronx compared to the national average is 88% compared to 83%.
