The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has recommended parents not to use teething tablets containing belladonna on babies. Belladonna is a toxic substance extracted from a deadly nightshade plant (Scutti, 2017). The food and drug administration found that some products had higher levels of belladonna exceeding the amount prescribed on the label. Although, the teething products would stop teething pains to the babies the side effects of the drugs were not worth putting the kids' health at risk (Scutti, 2017). The most side effect of using products with belladonna component was inhabitation of the nervous system, which leads to the following symptoms; dilated pupils, fast heartbeat, drying mouth, blurred vision, fever, red dry skin, inability to urinate or sweat, hallucinations, seizures, coma and finally death. Hence, American Academy of Pediatrics offered safe alternatives solutions, which are; use of approved medications by FDA such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen, rubbing of the baby's gum, teething ring or a change in the baby's food (Scutti, 2017). Unless the baby is growing large teeth, teething is not life threatening condition, and one should put the baby's health as a priority not taking the risk (Scutti, 2017).

Finland has set a very challenging goal to become the first tobacco-free country by 2040; the approach seeks no more than of adults using tobacco products (Senthilingam, 2017). The ambitious targets set by the finish government were to benefit the residents in their health by reducing the many illnesses associated with tobacco, for example, recurrent cancer and also helps them on saving on the cost (Senthilingam, 2017). Finland has enacted some effective approaches to eliminate tobacco products. For instance, Finland has raised the price of tobacco, tenders selling tobacco have to apply for a license and pay an annual fee of up to $536 per checkout. Finland has also created smoke-free environments, for example, smoking free balconies, the approach prevents citizens from exposure to tobacco smoke. Another approach is preventing initiation of tobacco products to the minors by reducing its presence and appeal. Cessation of tobacco users approaches by supporting them quit smoking at the centers of particular expertise in cessation (Senthilingam, 2017). Lastly, prevent the launching of new tobacco products on the market. Through the realistic goals set aside by Finland, the achievement will improve the living condition of its citizens and eventually improve the financial state of the country.
