Preventable patent pain compels healthcare sectors to spend billions of shillings yearly. For example, the USA spends about $140. Fortunately, 30% to 70% of patient harm is avoidable, leaving a significant chance for care providers and healthcare facilities to advance patient safety. Consequently, health experts and the federal government have invented various strategies to improve patient safety. It is imperative for healthcare organizations such as hospitals, clinics, and care providers to establish and maintain a culture of safety that values safety throughout the entire system.
On the other hand, improving safety culture and unswerving teamwork can assist the health system in lessening patient harm across the care facilities and multiple harm types. With close relation to the above analysis, the paper presents a critical analysis of healthcare culture incorporating a culture of safety and excellence. The roles and duties of stakeholders in advancing healthcare are also complemented with a Christian Worldview to improve ethical healthcare practices among care providers and health facilities.

Healthcare culture denotes collaborating a belief system, behavior, and knowledge in healthcare establishments. Typically, culture affects death, mortality, and health promotion approaches. Similarly, Zuschlag et al. (2016) support that culture influences infections, pain, and health facilities where patients access health services. Critically a culture of safety is identified with behaviors and core values arising from a continuous and mutual commitment by leaders of any healthcare facility and healthcare providers to promote safety over competing goals. The culture of excellence revolves around the individual's manner of thinking concerning the colleagues and establishments (organizations) to the guiding principles and regulations of working jointly and practices applied by any individuals to acquire excellent health outcomes in care facilities. 
Notably, healthcare organizations worldwide strive to attain a comprehensive culture of excellence and safety. Developing a culture of excellence and safety is deep-rooted in understanding organizational values and transformational leadership concepts. A culture of safety is derived from the positive values of an organization or any other essential customs (Zuschlag et al., 2016). On the other hand, the organizational beliefs and acts of leadership and the workforce form a culture of excellence and safety in caring for patients. The leadership at every care facility understands that their perception, expressed teamwork in every unit or health department, and job satisfactions form a culture of excellence and safety. On the other hand, a culture of excellence and safety is established on healthcare resource availability, a stable reporting mechanism for safety issues, and an open communication system to workforce embrace patient safety. Additionally, it fosters excellence in care duties executed by nurses and physicians.
