Employment is predominantly associated with various privileges, including 'at-will' hiring and dismissals in most American states. The concept of employment at will can be described as an employer's right to discharge an employee without a clear reason. It also gives the employee the right to quit when he or she wishes. However, presently, the rights of 'at-will' discharge are getting weakened due to the paranoia associated with leadership, especially after dismissing an individual from work.
