Developing personal and professional relationships takes time and effort. Many students do not engage in extra curricular activities because they feel they are already overwhelmed with responsibilities and other commitments.
However, we know that developing these relationships is vital to your success and survival as a nurse. And, more importantly, collegial relationships are essential to good patient care.
