Anemia
Anemia is a health condition where one lacks adequate hemoglobin or red blood cells. The body lacks adequate iron that produces hemoglobin, which affects the flow of oxygen to other body organs (Saxena et al., 2018). Resultantly, the victim may experience symptoms such as dizziness, pallor skin, shortness of breath or fast heartbeat, lightheadedness and headaches, and fatigue. These symptoms are prevalent because the oxygen from the lungs does not reach other body organs, which signals inefficiency. Common types of anemia include aplastic, hemolytic, vitamin B12 deficiency, and iron deficiency.
