1. Value: Job satisfaction (Intangible)
Explanation: I believe that job satisfaction is paramount for anyone who wants to have a successful and rewarding career. It is very difficult for an individual to be innovative and productive if he joins a career that is not satisfying, or if he is employed in a job that always stresses him. Therefore, job satisfaction plays an instrumental role in enabling a person to grow and develop both mentally and psychologically, and these are issues that are essential in developing a balance between personal life and official duties.
2. Value: Great salary (tangible)
A job that pays well enables someone to not only pay for his daily needs but also lead a better and satisfactory life. Therefore, a job that pays well is essential in motivating a person to work harder and be innovative in order to have an opportunity of advancing upwards in his career. A good salary affects the living standards of a person as well as the ability to be industrious and innovative.
