The Lakers is an American professional team of basketball that competes and is renowned in the National Basketball Association (NBA). In particular, I like the Lakers slogan or motto, “Nobody Cares, Work Harder.” I like the slogan since it portrays the team’s identity in basketball. The Lakers are renowned for its numerous basketball wins in the NBA. However, it at times loses (Ganguli, 2019). The most significant thing about the Lakers is that it does not allow to be defined by its wins or losses. The Lakers know that it at times plays good basketball, and other times it gets defeated. In that light, “Nobody Cares, Work Harder” brings the players together so that they can take the challenge and move on to the next thing. The Lakers’ slogan serves the crucial purpose of reminding the players that they should remain united regardless of the basketball
