To ensure that the proposed project is a success there was a focus on factors affecting growth opportunities and areas that need to be addressed to improve operations and to remain competitive. Furthermore, the use of decision tools was singled out as one way to support the decision-making process so that the desired goal is met. We also want to find out whether a business idea is workable and have looked for evidence to show that the business is likely profitable and there are opportunities to expand in the area. Adequate research is required, while both quality customer service and the excellent taste are required, and the proposal highlighted that consumers are open to the idea of a brewpub the location. The report also highlights the goals of the project what needs to be completed, what has been completed, what needs to be completed, problems encountered and the expected dates of completion.
