The strengths and weaknesses of the team are accurately identified, covering all of the areas with significant insight, and the suggestions for improvement are likely to be quite effective.
Selling the Team 20% of total grade
Shows a precise understanding of what the team wants to convince the organization of, and has approaches that seem likely to be particularly convincing.
Quality of written Communication 5% of total grade
Exceptionally concise written explanation of findings. Prose is free of mechanical errors. A variety of sentence structures and effective figures of speech are used. Writer is clearly in command of standard, written, academic English.

The IT Culture 
 The organization structure is decentralized and there is emphasis on open communication, autonomy and flexibility. This is important for the IT teams operating in an environment that facilitates continuous learning and innovation.  For the IT team, the workplace culture makes it easier to collaborate and exchange ideas.  The team members also get feedback, but even as there is independence in teams, there are instances where coordinating with teams from other departments is challenging. Nonetheless, there is recognition that with emphasis on clarity on objectives it will be easier for team members to work together (Henderson, Stackman & Lindekilde, 2016). Additionally, open communication helps to foster mutual trust and working together among different teams members.  There is a good working environment and this likely motivates the workers to be the best and they maximize opportunities for professional growth.
