In the textbook reading, you learned about the importance of audience analysis when making a presentation. In the Topic Material, "Selling Yourself and Your Ideas to Senior Management," there are tips about making effective presentations geared to your audience. Think about your skills as a presenter, and identify two key areas that you need to improve on in order to be more effective when making presentations. Identify specific steps you will take to improve on these areas. When providing feedback to peers on ways to improve their skills, share specific tips, tricks, and strategies that have been successful for you when making presentations. Cite and reference needed. I know the two areas I am weak in is talking in front of people, I start to sweat, get nervous and start mumbling my words. I also have a hard time looking people in the eye. I have done a few presentation and still can't get it right.

Making a Business Proposal
In creating a business proposal and sealing business deals, one must be able to craft the proper planning and at the same time create an interesting and critical presentation. By presenting your ideas properly, it will be easier to impress the audience and obtain their support for your endeavors. In my case, I have observed some weaknesses in my confidence and my expression. As a presenter, I need to be able to project my voice and have a clear plan of how I will present my ideas.
There are plenty of methods that I can use to increase my confidence and become a better presenter. When I am on the stage, I usually freeze up, and my voice becomes harder to project towards my audience. I feel shy and conscious of the people’s attention. As a strategy, I can keep an open posture. Sometimes, I feel that my arms get stiff, and my neck freezes up because of tension. I need to learn how to relax my body so that I can have a better posture and be able to perform at the moment. I need to be aware of my body positioning to control my projection and hopefully increase my confidence in the situation.
Aside from this, I can also be conscious of the space of my presentation. I need to learn how to observe my gestures and my position in the space. By using gestures, I am enhancing the delivery of my ideas. Gestures actually increase the impact of the speech by reinforcing key points and highlighting important ideas.
