If I am an entrepreneur, the industry I would like to choose is the mobile or smartphone industry and the product I would like to select is a mobile phone with ordinary specifications and a mid-range price. Next, I would like to conduct my SWOT analysis; I believe that my major strength is my ability to convince customers to buy the product. I am good at communication and I know what it takes to make people feel that they really need a particular product. The second strength is that I am always ready to face challenges and believe in working hard. I strongly believe that nothing is impossible for humans; in order to sell this smartphone, for example, I would first provide a list of functions to my potential customers and would let them quote their prices. Based on what they say, I would tell them the actual price and will then see their reactions. If they are not happy, I will take this as a challenge and will try my best to make them happy and to convince them that they will definitely find the product feasible. The only weakness is that I sometimes feel bad when I see myself in a competitive environment. An entrepreneur has to face a lot of problems, but I am not always ready to give tough competition to my rivals despite the fact that I have had faced so many challenges in the industry and has sold the product to so many customers.
