For this assignment, you are part of a data auditing team. In anticipation of adapting their process to be more like Uber/Lyft (and less like a traditional taxi service), Carz has retained you to analyze the data associated with the re-engineered business process you submitted earlier. You will be creating a 2-page data analysis report in Microsoft® Word to communicate to leadership the extent to which Carz’ data (including any new data you may have proposed to capture in your Week 2 assignment) currently meets generally accepted quality characteristics.
Review the business process plan you submitted in Week 2. Consider the business data Carz must acquire, manage, and store to implement your plan. Consider data associated with every aspect of the business, including, but not limited to, customers, services, and drivers.
Identify the data sets or groupings (such as driver-related information, customer-related information, etc.) involved in Carz’ business model.
For each data set, analyze the extent to which the data can be expected to meet the characteristics of high-quality data as described in Ch. 6 of Business Driven Information Systems. In addition, analyze the risk to the organization posed by the data failing to meet those quality characteristics.

Business Intelligence is a mixture of programs. It is designed to assist organizations in using all of the raw information produced by their activities to drive faster company choices and reduce expenses (Villonava University, 2019). The development of a newly integrated globe and the corresponding information eruption allowed BI to function at ever more advanced and higher rates.
Implementation of Plan by Carz
Several factors can influence a company. The company Carz should implement the Uber strategy of inventing or using different and unique car models that are attractable to its customers. The strategy of the introduction of different-model cars will help Carz gain customer satisfaction on a broader scale, and this will bring a competitive advantage to the company and also the revenue will increase.
Data Acquisition, Data Management, and Data Storage
To be effective in its strategic approach, Carz should make a survey or a questionnaire to gather the different models which the customers accept from the company by letting them fill a questionnaire form. Then the next step is to collect that data in a single database and analyze it accordingly and plan strategies as to how to build unique models to gain the audience’s attention (Baltzan, 2019). The very last thing it should do is to store that information at a safe place; they may consult that in improving their marketing approach. Implementation of these basic data mining tools will help the newly built company generate more revenue.
