Introduction
Working in a changing business environment can be quite challenging, especially for the business leader, but rewarding when they work purposefully. First is the way they present their business to both customers and stakeholders in the new market. The strategy that they employ in such areas should not be a deliberate approach, but it should be based on real-time customer input because they will always be placed on scrutiny by all the stakeholders. Therefore, remaining relevant in those new markets can be the selling point in their decisions. Secondly, business leaders need to be able to adapt and embrace business models that can be fine-tuned to remain relevant in the new markets they are conquering. In these models, communication should be the critical approach to maintaining a balance between sectors of the business. That way they will be able to know if the model is working or needs improvement in which environment they are placed (Neeley, 2015). For instance, if the model is working in Chicago, there is a high probability that it will work in Brazil but not in China. In other words, the customer value proposition in China may not be equal to one for Chinese customers. Regarding value chain and profit formula, several obstacles may be presented in different markets, and the leader has to factor in those issues. The leaders need to revisit the company’s philanthropic approach to attract acceptance in the new markets.
The leaders should be able to have better hiring techniques so that they can capture the best skills in those regions and this can be quite challenging. Besides, diversity in the recruitment system should be made perfect, and this should only work in line with the culture of the people they are serving so that the business can remain relevant and competitive in the market. Team morale should be envisaged in the manifesto so that they can retain the best skills in the employees in those nations and most importantly preserve their creativity and innovation. If the personnel manager can grasp these ideas in the new markets, they shall capture more modern markets and profits of the firm will improve globally, because they will retain both customer and stakeholder loyalty in those new branches.
Team Leadership Model

The team leadership model as developed by Hill involves three main steps. The first one is about the decision-making process. During this phase, a leader is faced with strange questions of whether to monitor or take action. If they are to take action, they have to decide if it is a task relation oriented one. Finally, the leader has to decide whether to intervene in the team or the external environment. In intervening, waiting can be disastrous at the same time intervening can also lead to wrong decisions immediately. Therefore, a leader such as the CEO of Mega Globe Business Solutions has to know the right time in intervening into company problems especially for those in other markets. Understanding the culture of those people is a crucial ingredient in the process. To understand the culture, monitoring of internal dynamics and ext...
