Sunrise would like you to complete technician evaluations so you can earn hours and the technicians can learn their areas of strengths and weaknesses. You will then create goals and performance expectations for the technician and discuss how these skills can be generalized and maintained. Begin by reviewing the videos below. Goals are what the technician needs to work on and improve for the next evaluation. These are things that the technician does but could do better. Performance expectations are things that are expected of the technician but are currently not being met. These are top priority and should be addressed immediately rather than by the next evaluation. Finally, discuss how to promote generalization and maintenance of the trainees’ skills.
