Student: Professor: Course Title: Date: Supporting Mobile Health Clinic Irwin Redlener established the Children’s Health Fund (CHF) together with artist Paul Simon. The duos were both advocates for affordable and quality childcare throughout America. The institution is committed to offering healthcare services to underprivileged children throughout the nation. Through the Mission Children’s Health, the institution offers the following programs: Leveling or eliminating the impact of public health issues on undeserved children, promoting the general health, and well-being of all children, also initiating, and supporting health programs aimed at offering a comprehensive healthcare for these children. Specifically, this fund is tailored to create awareness to the public on the requirements, and obstacles to the healthcare service provision experienced by underprivileged children. Initiate policies, and programs that ensure that all underserved children have access to medical homes, which offer comprehensive healthcare for such children. In addition, the fund is also poised to support its pediatric programs for children with no homes or caregivers in the city of New York. Finally, the fund is purposed to support healthcare programs especially in undeserved rural and urban dwellings. In many healthcare facilities in USA today, the sight of practitioners still using paper work in documentation process is still a common phenomena. This can still be observed in many clinics and doctors’ offices. Vendors specializing in healthcare developed software packages that would be very essential and efficient in record keeping. The two software packages include the electronic Medical Record (EMR), and the practice management systems.
