A Case Study of Wal-Mart and the Grievances Faced by its Employees Abstract I look into the author`s viewpoint of Wal-Mart, and the areas in which he finds fault with the company, including: off-the-clock work, sexual discrimination, health benefits, the role of unions and the "Great Union Wall of China;, use of illegal aliens in workplaces and finally, child and other labor laws. I then discuss four questions for thought.
