A Case Study of Wal-Mart and the Grievances Faced by its Employees Abstract I look into the author`s viewpoint of Wal-Mart, and the areas in which he finds fault with the company, including: off-the-clock work, sexual discrimination, health benefits, the role of unions and the "Great Union Wall of China;, use of illegal aliens in workplaces and finally, child and other labor laws. I then discuss four questions for thought. A Case Study of Wal-Mart and the Grievances Faced by its Employees The author looks at Wal-Mart from the viewpoint of the aggrieved employees.He`s also a bit sarcastic, as in the title, he refers to Wal-Mart favorably as "giving its employees a 10 per cent discount" while, to the contrary,he sheds light on various employee grievances through the entirecase study. To elaborate further, I need to look into the points given.
