Describe the Ethical Issues Involved in this Situation
The American Counseling Association (ACA) mission is to promote life quality of populations by enhancing psychologists' and counselors' career advancement, psychology profession advancement, and utilization of counseling practice and profession to foster human dignity as well as respect for diversity (American Counseling Association, 2014). The ethical issues involved in the case scenario include professional responsibility concerning using online testimonials, deceptive or false statements, and maintaining client confidentiality.
