Case study analysis – The brief should demonstrate clear understanding of the issues addressed in the case study and provide practical recommendation/s as appropriate. • Key takeaways – what are the lessons for supply chain managers? (i.e., after reading this article/question/case, I learned that …?) Maximum = 2 lessons.
The executive briefs are intended to help you prepare for case discussions in class. You may consult other sources (i.e., company website, Google, trade publications, etc.) to enhance your understanding of the case problem and any relevant changes since the case was written. The briefs should not exceed 1-page, 12-font Times Roman or equivalent, 1-inch margin round, single-spaced, and in bullets format.
