Writing a Case - FORMAT
A well-written case provides an opportunity for others to learn from your experiences. The focus of the case is on the challenge faced at the critical decision point. I suggest you organize your paper into the following sections:
Describe the situation (The key is to include all relevant details and avoid irrelevant information.)
Explain the challenge
Describe the outcome
Propose an alternate solution(s)
It is important, in your analysis, to describe the outcomes potential solutions will have for each of the relevant stakeholders.
FORMAT OF PAPER
1. Cover Page showing your name and title of paper.
2. Very short one paragraph introduction where you identify the issue and state your result.
3. Very short facts section. All facts must have proper APA citations.
4. No more than three pages of text where you answer the questions.
5. A short conclusion where you tie up your answers into a concise conclusion.
6. A citation page.
APA format is mandatory. Review this format before completing assignment.

Graduating from high school is always a perfect opportunity for one to try out different job opportunities and figure out their career prospects. I would say I was lucky to get the opportunity to work as news assistant in a local news outlet, but the challenges and the experience were somehow unpleasant. We had boss who would set some unattainable goals, pressure the employees, while issuing them with all sorts of threats in case they fail to attain the goals. A memorable incident is one moment when he commanded employees to ensure their news trended at number one for a whole week running, or else their pay would be slashed. Although it turned out that the orders were just threats, the employees, I included, had to burn the midnight oil, run up and down, researching on a series of stories that would earn a number one on the trend. As I mentioned, the goal was not possible to achieve; however, all the employees were able to receive their full salaries in the end.
It is neither a crime nor morally wrong to be ambitious. Being goal-oriented and guided by objectivity are important attributes of a good leader (Fleischman et al., 2019). It is, however, the extent to which the leader or whoever is in charge of setting goals is willing to take the risk or push others to achieve the goal that raises questions on morality. Unjustified pressure, blackmails, and even threats in the name of attaining unrealistic goals is morally incorrect. Besides, being overambitious can do more harm than good to the employee. A morally upright leader is selfless and mindful of the state of mind of their subordinates. Forcing the employees to burn the midnight oil all in the name of reaching the set goal does not only derail the overall success but also drain the employee's mental state.
