Over the years, various discussions have been regarding employee safety at the workplace. Even though different measures have been crafted, there are instances where some companies, such as the Houghton Refrigeration Company, continue to ignore them. This instance exposes their employees to safety risks. Since Houghton Refrigeration Company looks at measures to boost its employees' safety, it covers the following areas in training.
For instance, the company should notify the employees of the potential hazards existing in the company.
