One day while signing out Mr. H to the cross covering intern, the intern says "he should be a DNR, based on medical futility."Do you agree? Is his case medically futile, and if so, why?

Quadriplegic as a medical condition may result in the total or partial paralysis of the four limbs as well as the torso. Terminal ill diseases such as quadriplegic may cause a patient to rely on machines for the normal functioning of the body such as breathing, and movement. DNR is practiced in patients with irreversible diseases such as quadriplegic so as to allow natural death to take over when the time comes (Salim, Nematollahi, Nigim (2017). MR. H conditions can be classified as a non-reversible illness. Therefore, he fits the DNR categorization, based on medical futility.
