In September 2012, Brooklyn had a special event where two individuals had settled on living and cherishing life together. The plan of the event was meant to make lasting memories for the couples. Monica Nikchemny and Felix Komrash guests to witness the event, and they also hired a videographer to record the events and compile the scenes into a film. It is a crime against peace and joy for the couple, and it would be a privilege to all come together and condemn the act. The objective of hiring a videographer is to make a single day last for years. Therefore, if a videographer is not committed, they deserve to be accountable by the law. The court and the jury members are not made of speculations, but instead, they are established to provide legalistic theories to solve issues like the one presented today. It is common sense that law is every criminal activity and for just petty crimes, and it must be justice for all your Honors.
You Honor, we do not say that everyone is perfect, but there should be a degree of commitment to see the involved parties get satisfied. However, I claim that Visualaz videographers should have presented quality work to help the couple mark and end and begin life. I do not want to speculate and seem to make a judgment at this point your Honors. I will wait for the defendant's attorney to bring witness and exhibitions reflecting the quality of the video presented by the videographer. At that point, we will all understand why the couple is furious despite using a considerable amount of money to make memorable events.
