The Viz shown above represents the difference between the job percentage change per States of the USA, in between the Millennials and the Baby Boomers, shown on the left and the right, respectively. According to Newman (n.d.), Baby boomers are those people born from 1946-1964, while Millennials are those individuals born in between 1981-2001. As could be seen from this data, the state of Texas has exhibited that largest number of Job percentage change from the years of 2007-2013, followed by California and New York.
