Pizza USA is an organization in respect to pizza making and service delivery is done. The client places an order and after acknowledgement, we process and make pizza according to client’s specification and eventually we do delivery to the client. Pizza is a commonly known fast food in most parts of the world. It is flattened bread that is baked, topped up with tomato sauce, basil or mozzarella and seasoned with a variety of ingredients for different tastes. It has four basic ingredients, the crust, toppings, cheese and sauce. Pizza can be baked in an oven with stone bricks, an electronic oven, a conveyer belt oven, a barbeque oven, a brick oven or even baked in a pan
Pizza Customer Delivery attributes
The customer’s expectations are done according to questions needed to be expounded. The customer needs to know how easily one can place and order. The format needed to be known to client should be the media in which the whole process of ordering is done.
* The client will need to know the time frame in which all the process will take place till the time of delivery is done. This helps to know the exact time it takes for the client to receive the package for better planning.
* The charges of the various quantities and service delivery will also be done in accordance with the client’s specifications on quantity and one’s physical location.
* The means of payment is notable to the client. It should be one that most clients can use and convenient to avoid long payment procedures. The payment system should be secure and efficient.
* Ensuring delivery driver and end customer are in touch. This makes it easy for the client to track the progress of the pizza; this instills confidence and trust in customers.
* The quality of online system-whether busy u still access. The company should invest much more in the systems in terms of scalable database to accommodate ever increasing orders from clients, Chao (2009).The site should be easily accessible by existing and prospective clients to avoid missed placements.
* Consistency in service quality. The services offered by the pizza company should be better day in day out in order to maintain existing clients as well as attract new ones.
* GPS tracking system. Each client will be glad to have a platform to trace progress of delivering the pizza
