Introduction
Through economic expansion in growth and development in the world, there has been trade and business conducted between different parties. Negotiations may take place between businesses or any other kind of group. Moreover, the advantages of forming alliances have outweighed negotiation as a single party; therefore most of the parties have decided form alliances due to the advantages associated to it. In addition alliances can refer to two or more parties that come together to bargain on a specific interest. In this paper, I am going to discuss in detail on negotiation alliances and expound more on their formation and impact in the market.
Identify and describe the context of negotiation.
Negotiation is a form of bargaining that aims to gain an added advantage over the other party. In this case the alliances formed for negotiation had a common goal that was to address and fight for the rights of the citizens. In any negotiation the parties in an alliance should understand well on the goals of the alliance. This is to ensure that the alliance formed remains strong enough hence will give them an easy time during negotiations. In any negotiation the interest of the negotiating parties will always be different, thus at the end one party may lose while the other win (Mannering, 2011).
