Please make sure you identify the key issues and questions in the case, and then offer your suggestions and ideas on how you would go about addressing them. Try to incorporate insights based on course and case learnings, your own experience, and observations/knowledge of other companies (preferably, but not necessarily, in the same industry/segment) that might have encounterd similar issues. Don't refrain from suggesting innovative or bold proposals - but try to provide a cogent rationale for your proposals/approaches. You should submit ONE file. The questions following the case may be used to guide your analysis but should not limit it. Regardless of the approach you take to analyzing the case, you should address key challenges/issues facing the company/industry, identify and analyze possible solutions/alternatives, and provide criteria/reasons for selection of superior solutions/alternatives/directions.
