The assignment requires you to complete a case analysis in information management. Please research current sources and update the information found in the text as you prepare your analysis. Please make sure you identify the key issues and questions in the case, and then offer your suggestions and ideas on how you would go about addressing them. Try to incorporate insights based on course and case learnings, your own experience, and observations/knowledge of other companies (preferably, but not necessarily, in the same industry/segment) that might have encounterd similar issues. Don't refrain from suggesting innovative or bold proposals - but try to provide a cogent rationale for your proposals/approaches. You should submit ONE file.
