Zipcar is company that prides in the innovative ideas of the 21st century, where they solve the transport crisis (Dessler, 2015). One of the most crucial aspects of the company that makes them an attractive employer is the fact that they appreciate raw passion in their employees. This is a crucial element relative to the fact that they help their employees grow in all dimension guided by their passion to make a difference. It is very encouraging and motivating for innovative employees to get involved with a company that appreciates their inputs and their ability to apply themselves to what they do.
One other aspect that makes the company an attractive employer is the fact that they are fast growing, innovative and socially responsible.
