CAT & JOE’s Food Truck Case
Additional Question 1 (Marketing)Given the heavy workload, especially to Joe who has to sit overnight preparing pork, the couple is not making enough money. Additional Question 2 (Strategy)Referring to Michael Porter’s five forces framework, there are at least two contrasting strategies for long-term survival and prosperity. Examples include automakers BMW and Mercedes-Benz, and Sony before year 2005.  If you have to choose one, which strategy do you recommend for Cat & Joe? Write at least 100 words in justifying your choice.
