The novel “Bread Givers” by Anzia Yezierska reflects on the life of ancient women who were not given space to exploit their talents. It explains the need for allowing women to pursue their passion for succeeding. As an immigrant, in modern society, it gives meaning to diversity as an outsider seeking to belong (Yezierska, 213).
