What is this statue?
The government put this statute to make sure that no child is left behind because of disability. They want all children to have a fair and equal, and opportunity to obtain a high-quality education.

What is this statue?
The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) is a law that provides children with disabilities the same opportunity for education as those students who do not have a disability. It is meant to eliminate discrimination among these kids.
Step two
The NCLB ensures schools guarantee that all students meet the skill levels in reading, writing, and arithmetic though it does not offer incentives to improve student achievement beyond this minimum. It does not require programs for the gifted, talented or other high performing students (Cloud, 2007).
According to the IDEA, the Department of Education issued a proposal on the regulations that relate to the right of a school system to access Medicaid (Wrightslaw, 2011).

1. The document guides on how to deal with transgender students, stipulating that every learner is entitled to equal rights.
