The world suicides rate has rapidly increased and so is the number of patients who are depressed. Mental illness which can simply be avoided by a simple act such as being contended in the situation one is currently in or learning to adapt to the current environment is now one of the common disorders among individuals in the society. some scholars and researchers observe that many individuals are not happy in their current environ as to many life has turned out not to be what they expected or what the society portrayed it will be, some of the things that lead to dissatisfaction include lack of employment, poor enumerating jobs especially for graduates, and death of loved one.
