The ‘Parrot’ Model grand opening that took place at Latitude Margaretville lit up the faces of the many buyers who were mesmerized by not only the beauty of the homes, but also the friendliness of the community. Buyers had experiences beyond their expectations. The ‘parrot’ model party was a street party with live music, food bar and stilt walkers. It gave the buyers a chance to visit all the nine models. The prices of the homes ranged between $ 200000 and $ 300000, with a monthly fee which involved all the other home services besides food.
To most of the attendees though, it is the friendly community around that amazed them even more. A couple from Colorado testifies of staying there for more than 20 years without knowing who their neighbors were.
